Breakfast:
1 cup whole grain cereal - 110 calories
1 / 2 cup fortified soy milk - 45 calories
2 slices of strawberries (cereals)
Lunch:
vegan ice cream sandwich with soy - 130 calories
15-20 French fries in vegetable oil - (calories unknown ... maybe 150?)
Salad w / 2 tablespoons pinto beans, 2 cups spinach, one teaspoon vinegar - (calories unknown ... maybe 100?)
Dinner --
Planning to eat:
Slices of fried tofu with extra virgin olive oil and rolled in sesame seeds - (200-250 calories)
1 cup broccoli (Calories Unknownn)
Oreo-1 (55 calories)
I think that I eat a little too eagerly. I eat heathier morning.
