Has anyone been able to successfully reduce their broken capillaries? What about preventing them? - exercise broken capillaries
It seems as vulnerable to them on my nose, my legs, my shoulder. Any other person, the person could reduce their appearance is something on the table? What is prevention? I know it's expensive dermatological procedures, but I am not able to pay for something like that too, so I was interested to hear from people who have found a few tips to independently manage and vitamins , diet, exercise, etc. Thanks
